Based in Pasco, WA, is a learning service hub connecting our partners to regional services in Southeastern Washington. Our partners include 23 school systems, various private schools, the eight other Washington ESDs, the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI), and community-based organizations across the seven counties of Asotin, Benton, Columbia, Franklin, Garfield, Klickitat and Walla Walla.
